What we prepare
Turkey is a two-route destination. Many of our clients qualify for an e-Visa and need nothing more than a correct application on the official government portal, which look-alike websites imitate. Others need a sticker visa and a full consulate file. The first step is an eligibility check against your passport and residence status, which decides the route. For the sticker visa we build the complete file: form, photos, bookings, travel medical insurance, bank statements and employment evidence, with a cover letter when needed.
How the application is lodged
An e-Visa is applied for on the official Turkish government portal and arrives by email. A sticker visa application is submitted in person, with your passport, through the visa application centre that works for the Turkish consulate in Dubai, and the Consulate General decides. We book the appointment in your name and follow up until the passport is returned. Government and visa-centre fees are set by the authority and quoted on request, separately from our service fee.

Documents usually requested
The consulate publishes the official list; yours is tailored after the eligibility check. This is the usual starting point.
- Passport valid for the whole trip, with blank pages for the visa and entry stamps.
- UAE residence visa and Emirates ID copies, which can decide the route.
- Completed application form with photos to the consulate's specification.
- Flight reservation and hotel bookings, or an invitation letter.
- Travel medical insurance valid in Turkey for the trip.
- Six months of bank statements and an employment letter or trade licence.
- Evidence of ties to the UAE; previous visas, including any earlier Turkish visas.

Can I just get an e-Visa online?
Holders of some passports can apply on the official Turkish government portal, sometimes only with a valid residence visa or a visa from certain other countries. Others need a sticker visa. We check your passport against the current rules.
What does the sticker visa file involve?
A completed form, photos, bookings, insurance, funds and employment evidence, submitted in person with your passport through the visa application centre that works for the Turkish consulate in Dubai. We prepare the file and book the appointment.
Do you issue the insurance and the tickets too?
Yes. Travel medical insurance and flight reservations are arranged from the same desk so the dates match the file. We advise against non-refundable travel before the decision.
