What we prepare
Thailand starts with one question: does your passport need a visa for this trip, or does a visa exemption apply? We check the current rules for your nationality and your dates, because the exemption rules have changed more than once. If a tourist visa is needed, we prepare the e-visa application and the supporting documents with you, checked so that dates and names agree. For exempt travellers we still prepare the funds, ticket and accommodation evidence an officer may ask to see on arrival.
How the application is lodged
The tourist visa is applied for online through the official Thai e-visa system. The documents are uploaded, the government fee is paid there, and the approval is sent by email to be shown at check-in and on arrival. There is no appointment in the normal case. The Royal Thai consulate decides and the immigration officer at the border makes the final entry decision. Government fees are set by the authority and quoted on request, separately from our service fee.

- Passport valid for the whole trip, with blank pages.
- UAE residence visa and Emirates ID copies.
- Digital photo to the Thai e-visa specification.
- Return or onward flight reservation.
- Hotel bookings for the stay, or an invitation from your host in Thailand.
- Recent bank statements showing funds for the trip.
- Employment letter or trade licence; previous visas and travel history.

Do I need a visa for Thailand?
Many passports enter Thailand for a short visit under a visa exemption; others need a tourist visa approved before travel. The rules, including how long an exempt visitor may stay, change from time to time, so we check the current position for your passport.
How is the tourist visa applied for?
Online, through the official Thai e-visa system, with the documents uploaded and the government fee paid there. The approval arrives by email. We prepare the application with you and submit it.
Will I be asked for documents at the airport in Thailand?
Immigration officers can ask any arriving visitor for proof of funds, an onward ticket and accommodation, whether or not a visa was needed. We prepare those documents for you to carry.
