Malaysia visit visa

Malaysia visit visa documentation support from Dubai

For UAE residents travelling to Malaysia for a holiday, a family visit or business, who want the entry requirements for their passport checked before they book.

eVISA or visa-free entry. We prepare the file; the authority decides.

What we prepare

Malaysia is straightforward for many passports and still easy to get wrong for the rest. We start with an eligibility check against the current rules: whether your nationality enters visa-free for a short visit, or whether an eVISA must be approved before you fly. For eVISA applicants we prepare the online application and the supporting documents, check each entry against your passport and bookings, and submit through the official portal only, never through a look-alike website. For every traveller we make sure the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is completed correctly and in time, because an airline can refuse boarding without it.

How the application is lodged

The eVISA is applied for online on the official Malaysian eVISA portal, with the government fee paid at the time of application, and the decision is sent by email. There is no appointment and no interview in the normal case. The Immigration Department of Malaysia decides, and an officer at the border makes the final entry decision for every traveller, including visa-free ones. Government fees are set by the authority and quoted on request, separately from our service fee.
